We're seeking dedicated Machine Operatives to play a crucial role in our clients manufacturing process.
Recruit 2 You is thrilled to collaborate with our client in Langley Mill, NG16. As a well-know and respected manufacturer in the local area, we are looking for candidates who are reliable and has good attendance. You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
What You'll Do:
Work harmonious+ly as part of a supportive team.
Meet deadlines efficiently in this target-oriented position.
You'll be a key contributor to our client's exciting expansion.
Engage in manual labour
Shifts Available:
6am-2pm/2pm-10pm rotating shifts
Job Responsibilities:
Take ownership of your work zone and maintain high housekeeping standards.
Using hand tools throughout the factory
You will be operating an Injection Moulding Machine (experience desirable, but can be taught)
Running machines daily, and assembling the items together
Putting stock away to the warehouse
What We're Looking For:
Plastic mould experience will be beneficial
Previous machine experience is essential
Heavy lifting is involved, where they will lift 20kg plastic parts between machines
This position is offered on a temporary ongoing basis. Throughout this period, the company will provide ongoing training and support regularly.

Canteen on site
Sign in and out using the clock in cards within the canteen facilities - the clock card information is sent to us weekly for payroll processing
Health & Safety induction to be completed prior to your first day on site, through a 30-minute Health & Safety presentation
Comfortable warm clothing
Safety boots required
Pay Rate:
Hourly pay rate is £12.50 per hour. There are overtime opportunities on frequent occasions. After a 12-week period, this will increase to standard operator rate which is £13.65 per hour.
